I have been curious about XP Starter and Vista Starter editions. I was unable to find any PCs that come pre-installed with these editions; may be I found one from HCL, India. Are there other OEMs that pre-install these editions?
How well are these editions doing?
Who is using them and how do users like them?
What purpose do they serve - make computing more accessible or help reduce piracy?
